个人介绍

医学遗传学学术硕士生、生物与医药专业硕士生导师,国家公派美国威斯康辛大学-云南大学微生物学博士,University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of pharmacy, USA和The Scripps Research Institute, Department of Molecular Medicine and Chemistry, USA访问学者。云南省万人(现云南省兴滇英才),云南省科技特派员,云南省优博,云南大学中青年骨干教师。
从事病原生物学、微生物组学及抗感染、抗肿瘤新药创制方向的科研工作。以云南药用植物为研究对象,发现蕴含活性分子潜力的微生物资源,并从中获得活性药物分子,阐释重要分子的生物合成机制,构建遗传改造工程菌株,为药物分子的药理学研究及实际应用奠定基础;结合微生物组学探讨病原生物的致病机制;结合基因改造技术开展病原微生物疫苗研发及应用工作。

科研成果

主持国家级、省部级、厅级等项目 12 项,总经费500余万元。作为核心成员参与国家自然科学基金 10 项,云南省创新团队 1 项,云南省重大专项1项等,经费1000余万元。部分主持项目如下:
